Emkat Service Request Instructions

Please make a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request before returning items to Emkat, Inc. for repair. This is the best way to communicate with us and ensure that your needs are taken care of. We have made this procedure as painless as possible. Your RMA# you will receive makes it easier and faster to track your returned items. Please do not use this form for discrepancy, return for credit, and shipping damage.   • We are responsible for shipping the repair back to you using the same means it was shipped to us. Customers are responsible for any shipping upgrades if requested. Please leave a note in the comment section if necessary.
  • Once the RMA request order is sent, you will receive your RMA#. Please take a note of that number. We'll use it to ship the replacement items (if need be) and for future references in tracking your repair.
  • Print a copy of the online order confirmation.
  • Enclose a copy of the confirmation with your returned item.
  • If the return is a result of Emkat, Inc.' mistake, please click here or file a Discrepancy Report only if it is within 7 days after receiving it.
  • If the return is due to damage during shipping, you may file a Shipping Damage Report if it was received within 7 days.
  • Once shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You may track the shipment with your new RMA#.
