 Emkat strives to implement all systems on time and on budget, and to exceed our customer’s expectations. To deliver upon this commitment, we use a standard consulting and project management approach. Emkat’s consulting services include an initial business process review to determine how automating or modifying a company’s current job tasks will impact worker behavior; and an enterprise technology assessment to identify how we can leverage or augment the existing hardware infrastructure.

Emkat clearly communicates a project’s required activities and objectives through a detailed Systems Requirements Definition (SRD) study. This document provides a timeline for the implementation schedule, a blueprint for any custom software development, and identifies the necessary steps required by the customer and Emkat to ensure success.

During the integration phase, Emkat continually provides timely communications to the customer to report progress. Our emphasis is to create and build lasting partnerships with our customers, and a key component to achieve this objective is mutual participation in project reviews. By actively working together, we maintain and manage expectations on the goals of the project and the responsibilities of the members of the team. This optimizes quality assurance by ensuring scope control and timely resolution to unforeseen obstacles.
